Clarion Housing residents are able to apply for training grants to help them access training courses of their choice to aid future employment opportunities.
Training grants are managed by The London Community Foundation, a grant making foundation that supports community activity. The foundation will receive applications to the programme, contact applicants for further information if required, manage payments to successful applicants, and monitor the impact of the grants awarded.
To apply for a training grant, please complete the application form in the link below. There is also a guide to help you through your application.
To be eligible to apply for a grant you must fulfil both of the following criteria:
You can apply for a grant of up to £250*, to cover course fees, course related equipment or materials or childcare whilst at a course. Please note that childcare payments can only be made to registered childcare providers.
*If you would like to apply for a course which is NVQ Level 3 equivalent or above, you are able to make a case for a grant award over £250, but not exceeding £1000.
