Job Summary
- All aspects of reception duties taking payments/ bookings. Checking appointments
- Meet and greet patients and escorting them into surgery
- Maintaining good infection control procedures
- Adhering to policies and protocols of Health and Safety
- Observing all Health and Safety practices, and using correct PPE (provided)
- Sterilising and preparing instruments and mixing materials for use in procedures
- Ensuring cleanliness of surgery, equipment and instruments used and carrying out general housekeeping duties
- Dictate information from dentist and recording patient information correctly
- Able to advise patients in the use of varied products
- Arrange appointments, answering calls and inputting data on the computer
- Assist with administration tasks and ensure records are kept up to date and to maintain confidentiality at all times

Skills Required:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good level of English (spoken and writing) & Math

Qualifications Required:
- Candidates must have English and maths at GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above
