By joining this apprenticeship programme you will be supported every step of the way on how to do things like

  • Learn and take responsibility for optimising our websites by testing products to support online listings
  • Learn how we price our products accurately
  • Learn the key skill of effective copywriting to assist with product information management
  • Support the management of product categories based on how products are performing with the coaching of the Products Manager
  • Understand how monitoring technological trends support decision making
  • Share your own passion for technology to support internal customers, including operations and customer excellence teams- feeding back to the products team any errors identified
  • Product testing… and so much more!!!

Most importantly of all, you will be an ambitious self-starter, always ready to take on the next challenge and actively looking for ways to learn and bring value Whilst learning these highly transferable skills, this role will definitely develop your skill set to further your career opportunities. Skills Required

  • Able to work to deadlines with good time management

  • Working as part of a team
  • GCSE Maths grade A-C (4-9)
  • Some experience of working with Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Interest in tech products

GCSE Grade C (4/5 or higher) for English & Maths. ICT is recommended but not essential
