Resident engagement days

Leila Jordan, Estate Services Manager talking with resident

Get the most out of your local community by attending a resident engagement day, where you can get guidance and support, enjoy fun activities and speak to Clarion Housing staff and managers.

Every year our resident involvement teams host regional resident engagement days (REDs). These are part of our commitment to enabling you to influence and be involved in how we deliver and improve our services.

The format of the days vary from region to region, but you’ll always get the chance to meet members of the community, learn more about Clarion Housing and put questions to senior staff.

“Joining in with residents in the recycling quiz I learnt a lot more about a subject I thought I already knew about.”

The days are often attended by partner organisations offering guidance and support on everything from learning digital skills to health and wellbeing and from community safety to tackling domestic abuse.

The events are a time for fun too, offering a variety of entertainment, games and quizzes, as well as family activities such as face painting or recycling challenges.

Open to all Clarion Housing residents, our resident engagement days are a great way to meet new people, learn new things and get the most out of your neighbourhood.

Note: dates for our 2020 resident engagement days will be posted here as soon as they are available.
