On Wednesday 28 November, the Clarion Housing Customer Services team will be at an all-day staff event.
During this event, the contact centre will be closed to phone and social media queries, with normal services starting again on Thursday 29 November.
The event will play a key part in our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible service to all Clarion Housing customers, so we thank you for your patience while we are away.
In the meantime, if you have a repair to report, you’ll still be able to get in touch with us online, using our request a repair tool. And if you have a genuine emergency repair to report, you’ll be able to reach us by phone.
Please remember, if you smell gas at any time, or suspect carbon monoxide poisoning, please call the National Grid on 0800 111 999, who will deal with this as a priority. For general enquiries, suggestions or complaints, you can continue to use our general enquiries online contact form, and a member of the team will get back to you within five days, following our return on Thursday.
