Leaseholders' rent and service charges 2018/19

As a leaseholder you pay for the estimated cost of the services and you are either billed for these annually, biannually or quarterly. An invoice for these cost is included in the letter you have been sent but we generally allow for these cost to be paid over 12 months.

Making payments

  • If you pay your rent by Standing Order, please inform your bank and amend your current payments.
  • If you pay by payment card please ensure that you start making the new payments from the date of the increase.
  • If you pay us by Direct Debit it will be automatically adjusted and include any credit or debit currently on your rent account; unless you have a separate payment plan in place. Once the direct debit has been adjusted you will receive a letter detailing the instalments and your bank account statement will show allpay.net as the payee.

Ground Rent

As a leaseholder you do not pay rent but you may pay ground rent. The amount of ground rent is included in your lease agreement and the ground rent notice is either enclosed with your estimate letter.
