How to use the online chat panel
During opening hours, click the button in the bottom right of the screen that says ‘Let’s chat! We’re online'.
The chat panel will expand, and will ask you for:
- your name
- your email address
- your chat topic
Once you’ve entered this information, you’ll be connected to the next available Live Chat agent. They’ll introduce themselves and ask you more about your query.
You can download a copy of your Live Chat by clicking the blue arrow in the bottom left of the chat panel.
To close the chat, simply click the ‘X’ in the top right corner of the chat panel.

When you close your Live Chat session, you'll be asked to complete a quick survey about your Live Chat experience.
