Our social purpose
Clarion Futures is our charitable foundation and delivers our social investment programme.
We’re working with residents and the community to deliver this programme: helping our residents into jobs and training; combatting financial exclusion; delivering digital services, helping young people fulfil their potential; and improving neighbourhoods.
How we help each year
Our commercial activities
Clarion Housing Group is made up of both commercial and not-for-profit subsidiaries. The group undertakes a range of commercial activities to generate revenue to invest in our core social mission:
- Latimer builds quality new homes across tenures
- Clarion Response repairs, maintains and improves our homes
- Grange manages more than 6,000 properties over 200 developments.
In addition, we offer private housing to rent for working households and families whose needs are not met by social housing, but who aren’t able to buy a home. And House Exchange enables social housing tenants to swap homes, providing opportunities for social mobility
How we invest
As a business for social purpose, we don’t distribute profits. Instead, we reinvest to improve our properties and deliver our charitable aims.

Our Clarion Response repairs team completes 1,000 jobs every day, with 97% on time and an 89% customer satisfaction rating.
