Communities come together to share their views

Over the summer, more than 900 residents came along to our Partnership Days in Tower Hamlets, Islington and Waltham Forest to talk to staff, tell us about how we can improve services and meet other members of the community.

Residents had the opportunity to speak to a wide range of teams including Clarion Response, North London Housing and Maintenance teams, Fire Safety, Mutual Exchange and Clarion Futures.

We consulted residents on a range of issues and gathered feedback to help create individual estate action plans and build a sense of community cohesion.

The Partnership Days were not just about service queries, however. Residents were also able to enjoy a fun-packed day featuring live performances from local residents, face painting, African drumming and a bouncy castle. This helped to attract residents aged from three to 83 years and was a wonderful reflection of London's diversity, with all sections of the community represented.

Residents said that it was a great opportunity to meet Clarion staff and senior leaders in person and that the events helped to create a sense of community.
