Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships team provide employment and training schemes which have supported over 600 people into apprenticeships across 100 industry sectors.

We are developing our apprenticeship mentoring programme to ensure all apprentices receive dedicated, structured one to one support to not only help them settle into their new position but to also ensure their apprenticeship progresses into a permanent and fulfilling career.

As part of our house building commitment we also provide a wide range of pre-apprenticeships within the construction industry. These are short accredited courses that help prepare individuals for an apprenticeship and include; electrical, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Brickwork and painting and decorating.
