Clearing your browser cache

Having trouble accessing a website? Clearing your browser cache can resolve loading, display and login issues.

 

Choose your device/browser: 

Google Chrome - Android

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮)
  3. Select History
  4. Tap Clear browsing data
  5. Choose All time
  6. Tick Cached images and files
  7. Tap Clear data

 

Google Chrome - iPhone/iPad

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮)
  3. Select History
  4. Tap Clear browsing data
  5. Select Cached images and files
  6. Confirm

 

Safari - iPhone/iPad

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Safari
  3. Tap Clear history and website data
  4. Confirm

Microsoft Edge (Mobile)

  1. Open Edge
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Privacy and Security
  4. Clear browsing data
  5. Select Cached images and files
  6. Clear data

 

Samsung internet

  1. Open Samsung internet
  2. Settings
  3. Personal browsing data
  4. Delete browsing data
  5. Select Cached images and files
  6. Delete data

 

Google Chrome (PC/Laptop)

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  3. Select Cached images and files
  4. Click Delete data
