  • Shadowing the Operations Director in internal meetings and external partner discussions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with a great attitude who is ready to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and good basic IT skills
  • Confident communicator who’s not afraid to ask questions or seek support
  • An interest in business operations, project management, data, or property services

  • Business Administrator (Level 3) – for those interested in office and operational support
  • Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) – ideal for someone confident with people and communication
  • Data Technician (Level 3) – suited to candidates with an eye for detail and an interest in working with spreadsheets or systems
  • Project Controls Technician (Level 3) – for those interested in planning and coordination work
  • Team Leader/Supervisor (Level 3) – for apprentices looking to progress into people or contract management in the future
This list isn’t exhaustive. If you’re unsure which course would suit you, we’re happy to help match your skills and goals to a pathway that works.
