This one-week placement gives you the chance to experience life inside the UK’s largest housing organisation. You’ll spend the week doing 1-to-1 shadowing with professionals across a variety of departments, gaining valuable insights and building key workplace skills. Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll boost your confidence, develop transferable skills, and grow your professional network.
