
Business Administration - Maidstone

BJF Group is a leading multidiscipline Contractor based across the UK, specialising in delivering high quality construction projects across various sectors. As a Business Administration Apprentice with BJF Group, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in a progressive and supportive environment whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualifications in administration and gaining exposure to working projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the control of project documentation and helping to improve document control procedures
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic/hard copies of documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Following up on administrative actions and requests
- Providing general office support for clients and colleagues
- Maintenance of project-specific databases and spreadsheets
- Drafting business communications and following up on previous correspondence
- Gathering, inputting and managing of company data
- Participating in meetings and taking meeting minutes
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will need to hold the following qualifications:
- Three GCSEs at Grade 4/C or equivalent – preferably in Maths, English and Science
- An interest in Construction/Built Environment would be preferred
- Demonstrable MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a pro-active attitude
