Multi-Trade Operative - Brighton

This role is made available through our supply chain with SPS Doorguard,

An apprentice Joiner Multi-Skilled Operative role is available with SPS Doorguard. You would be working with the voids team and will report to the Void Manager. You will also have support from the Business Support Team, specifically HR to make sure that your training stays on track and you achieve agreed milestones together. You would be in a team of two and it is preferred that you have a clean driving licence but not essential.

You will generally be working in unoccupied properties carrying out void and planned works with the Social Housing sector.

Responsibility:

• Completing full void works
• All types of domestic joinery duties to include bathroom/kitchen fitting/hanging doors
• Fencing
• Patch Plastering/basic plumbing (desirable)
• Painting and decorating (desirable)
• Wall and floor tiling (desirable)
• General handyman skills

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential)
