Please note that with effect from Wednesday 1st April 2020 our new domestic lift contracts will come into force and the following changes have been made to our contracts:
Domestic Lifts, Communal Stairlifts and Hoists
The new Clarion regions for the domestic platform & through floor lifts, stairlifts & hoists and communal stairlifts & hoists will be:
Lot 1 – North (North London (including east & west London post codes), Eastern region, Midlands and the north of England) – Jackson Lift Group
Lot 2 – South (South London, Kent, Sussex and along the south coast) – Prism Medical
With the Govt. restrictions at present we are not proactively servicing or inspecting domestic or communal stairlifts and hoists.
Platform and through floor lifts whether in domestic or communal areas will continue to be serviced and receive their inspections.
All breakdowns are being attended to and should be reported in the usual way through our Contact Centre on 0300 500 8000.
