Enventure Research is carrying out telephone interviews with residents as part of our annual customer insight survey.
Enventure will undertake around 2,000 interviews during June and July 2021. Each interview takes around 15 minutes. The information Enventure return to us is anonymous – no individual can be identified.
The findings of the survey will be used to help us ensure that we are providing services that properly meet residents’ needs, particularly during this difficult time.
