If you are struggling to manage your finances, we want to make sure you are able to easily access and benefit from the right support to get you back on track. That is why we are inviting you to share your views on the guidance we offer via a quick questionnaire.
The questionnaire is being led by the South Regional Scrutiny Committee, who are a group of residents that look at the services Clarion provides, including giving feedback on whether they are fit for purpose or making recommendations for potential improvements.
Taking no longer than 10 minutes, your views will be kept confidential and the survey can be completed anonymously, unless you wish to provide your contact details to receive feedback or further information on our services.
To ensure we gather as many views as possible so we can offer residents who may be experiencing financial hardship the best support, please complete the questionnaire by Monday 22 November.
