Energy bills
We know that talking about money can be hard, but if high gas and electric bills are pushing you into financial difficulties and you are struggling, you are not alone.
We are here to help support you and, in this video, we share our guidance on how you can stay in control. For example, by talking to your energy supplier and making them aware you are finding things tough, they are required to work with you to find a solution.
Energy costs
Knowing how much energy you are using can help you feel more in control. In our second video we offer our tips on how to understand your energy bill and keep it as accurate as possible.
Smart meters
Installing a smart meter is a great way to track how much energy you are using every day and measure energy consumption depending on what you have switched on.
They are completely free and can automatically send meter readings to your supplier, meaning they can bill you accurately for the energy you have used.
If you decide to get one installed, check with your supplier that it is the most up-to-date version.
