Supporting you with your wellbeing

Clarion

Today we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, which takes place this week until 19 May 2024.

Created by the Mental Health Foundation, the theme for this year is “Movement: moving for our mental health”.

It’s all about encouraging everyone to incorporate movement into their daily routine. This could include going for a walk, doing some exercise, or even dancing around the living room.

Movement is one of the most important things that can boost mental health. It can increase energy levels, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost self-esteem.

At Clarion, we also have a number of wellbeing services that are designed to protect and support your wellbeing.

Wellbeing webinars

If you would like to find out more about our wellbeing services, join one of our three webinars during Mental Health Awareness Week:

  • Lend an Ear - Monday, 13 May, 4-5pm
  • Me in Mind - Tuesday, 14 May, 3-4pm
  • Sustainment Service - Friday, 17 May, 12-1pm
