In partnership with Growth Paths, we’re offering a free CSCS 4 week programme designed to help you take confident first steps into a rewarding career in construction.

About the programme

This focused, four‑day programme gives you the skills, confidence, and qualifications to begin working on-site. You will leave with the tools you need to unlock real opportunities, including:

  • CSCS Green Labourer Card – your essential passport to start working on construction sites
  • Practical work experience and a professional reference
  • Employability coaching and one‑to‑one support
  • Industry‑recognised qualifications employers are looking for
  • Introductions to construction employers ready to meet new talent
  • Priority access to paid work placements for those who complete the course

This isn’t just training, it’s the start of your journey into a career with purpose, growth, and long‑term opportunities.

You can join this opportunity if you are:
