About the programme
This focused, four‑day programme gives you the skills, confidence, and qualifications to begin working on-site. You will leave with the tools you need to unlock real opportunities, including:
- CSCS Green Labourer Card – your essential passport to start working on construction sites
- Practical work experience and a professional reference
- Employability coaching and one‑to‑one support
- Industry‑recognised qualifications employers are looking for
- Introductions to construction employers ready to meet new talent
- Priority access to paid work placements for those who complete the course
