Section 20 A new contract to provide Ventilation Services

We have issued a Notice of Proposal for a new contract for the provision of Ventilation Services.

The object of the Contract is to place with the Contractor the sole responsibility for providing a servicing and maintenance regime for Clarion’s ventilation and air conditioning assets. This includes a repairs and breakdown service for the Contract Period to allow for breakdown or malfunction of any asset system and/or component part of an asset or system and the replacement of any components or system parts specified.

The Contract will include but is not limited to the following and may include Commercial, Communal and Domestic applications:

  • Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)
  • Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV)
  • Positive Input Ventilation (PIV)
  • Airconditioning (Aircon)
  • Communal Ventilation

Details of the contractor who will be operating in your area are included in your notice letter.
