A new contractor to provide Fire Risk Assessments across East, North, North London, South and South London regions

The contract(s) that Clarion Housing Group currently have for the provision of Fire Risk Assessments across East, North, North London, South and South London regions are coming to an end and therefore new contract(s) are required.

Clarion are required by law to consult with tenants and leaseholders who pay variable service charges before entering into a qualifying long-term agreement where:

  • The agreement will be longer than 12 months, and
  • any single tenant/leaseholder could be liable to pay more than £100 (including VAT) within a year.

The Notice does not mean you will necessarily be charged more than £100 in a year for any of the services listed. Further costings will be provided in the next stage of this consultation process (Notice of Proposal).

Clarion Housing has a duty to have regard to written observations made within the consultation period. In order to do so, you can send your comments and observations in writing to:
