Now that we have received your application we will go through the following steps:

• request landlord references if anyone you want to swap with doesn't live in a Clarion home
• check that rent accounts are in good order
• make sure the properties in the exchange are suitable for the households
• let you know if we are missing any information from you.

Please note that It can take around 8 weeks for a decision to be made.
