Clarion Futures Jobs and TrainingClarion Futures Jobs and Training

We run an employment and training service which is free and open to all Clarion residents looking for work. We offer a bespoke and highly personalised service, providing a wide range of training and employment opportunities.

Between April 2017 and April 2018, we supported over 3,000 people into work, including more than 200 apprentices. We have placed Clarion residents into jobs with a host of organisations, from the NHS through to Pret a Manger, Primark and Toni & Guy. Our ambition for the future is to support 4,000 people into jobs every year, including 250 apprenticeships.

This is Darren's story, just one of the thousands of social housing residents the Clarion Futures Jobs and Training team has supported into employment and apprenticeships. From service in the British Army to life on the streets and back into a successful career, watch the video to see how an apprenticeship changed his life.

We do not just support our residents, Clarion Futures Jobs and Training is also the lead delivery partner for Love London Working, a major employment programme funded by the European Social Fund and managed by the Greater London Authority, open to all Londoners aged over 16.
