If you’d like to request a different time or date for your repair appointment, please fill in our simple online form and we will respond to you in two working days.

If you’re appointment is in the next two working days please phone our customer services team on 0300 500 8000.

Please bear in mind that you may have to wait a few weeks for another available appointment date.
