Enventure Research is carrying out telephone interviews and online surveys with residents as part of some research into customer satisfaction.
The Regulator of Social Housing will start collecting Tenant Satisfaction Measures next year from all social landlords and is providing the questions.
This research will help us plan the work next year, as well as provide useful feedback on services. Enventure will undertake around 200 interviews during November and December 2022.
Each interview or survey takes around 10 minutes. The information Enventure return to us is anonymous – no individual can be identified.
Only residents who took part in this summer’s Index telephone survey and gave consent to be contacted for further research will be contacted.
