Clarion estate services are now providing grounds maintenance services at three estates in West London and the team are already making a difference.
Resident feedback and our regular estate inspections showed that the grounds maintenance contractors on these estates were performing poorly in providing their services.
We responded by taking action to replace the contractor with our inhouse estate services teams. This move enables us to better provide an efficient, flexible and committed service for our residents.
Bringing the service in-house also means that specialist teams within Clarion can work together to enable more efficient service delivery. To support this, a "West London Gardening Noticeboard" has been set up to share feedback and information across teams.
Residents were also invited to have their say on proposed planting, and are encouraged to attend regular ‘green volunteer days’ which include composting projects to support the environment.
We encourage residents to provide regular feedback, and are proud to have already received compliments on the new service.
The team are working hard to bring the grounds maintenance up to a good standard, and would like to thank residents for their involvement in the consultation process, and their ongoing efforts to keep these estates well maintained.
