Please note, from Monday 1 April 2024, our new electrical and remedial contract will come into effect.
The contract will be delivered nationwide by the Wiggett Group PLC.
It covers the periodic inspections and testing of electrical installations within communal areas and domestic dwellings, portable appliance testing (PAT), unadopted street lighting, and lightening protection.
Wiggett will write to residents if works are required to your property.
