Kwest will undertake around 600 surveys a month between September 2025 and the end of March 2026.
Each interview takes less than 10 minutes and covers residents’ satisfaction with Clarion as a landlord:
- our repairs service
- maintenance
- communication
- our handling of complaints
- our handling of anti-social behaviour.
Kwest will contact both tenants and shared owners.
The survey findings will be used by Clarion to understand residents’ satisfaction with us and their neighbourhood, and will also be submitted to the Regulator of Social Housing. The Regulator will publish our results alongside those from other social housing providers.
