Key pillars
1. Joined-up support to help you get into work
Jobs Plus is run by housing associations and brings together different services, like employment advice, health support, and help with money or caring responsibilities, all under one roof. You’ll have access to employment advisors and local staff who can guide you through the process.
2. Community-led support
You play a big role in Jobs Plus. You can get involved by offering peer support, helping with outreach, or sharing your ideas to shape how things are run.
3. Making work pay
There are financial incentives available to help make working more rewarding. These are managed by housing associations and tailored to what works best for the community.
4. Co-creating services with you
Your voice matters. We want to know what kind of support and training you need. That’s why we’re running forums, focus groups, surveys, and one-on-one chats to make sure the services reflect what local people want and need.
