Are you a Clarion resident looking to take your first step into work or training? Clarion Futures’ Beyond Foundations - Youth Futures Programme offers young people living in and around Chichester, Haywards Heath, Leatherhead, Tonbridge, Brighton and Mole Valley, the chance to gain real experience, useful skills and recognised qualifications in housing and construction.
You can choose from different career pathways, including customer service, repairs and trades, or housing management, with one‑to‑one support throughout the six‑month programme.
On the programme, you’ll receive:
- Hands-on work experience to help you understand different jobs.
- Skills employers want and value, such as communication and teamwork.
- Recognised qualifications linked to housing and construction.
- One-to-one support and mentoring throughout the programme.
- A learning plan built around your goals.
This programme is about helping you feel confident, supported, and ready for work.
The programme is:
- Short and practical (six months).
- Entry level and easy to access.
- Focused on experience, not exams.
- Designed to lead straight into jobs, training or apprenticeships.
