We want to make it easier for you to get in touch with us and understand the information we send.

We are carrying out a Disability and Neurodivergent Accessibility Audit of our communication channels. This includes letters, text messages, phone calls, social media, our website and the customer portal.

About the survey

The survey asks about things like applying for a tenancy, repairs, rent enquiries, complaints and how you prefer to communicate.

Most questions are multiple choice, with options to add comments.

It takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Your privacy

The survey is anonymous. Please do not include your name, address or contact details.

Your answers will be kept secure and confidential.

We are working with Direct Access Consultancy Ltd, a specialist disability-led organisation. They will only see anonymous results and will help us improve.
