Clarion residents in Wantage, Oxfordshire, now have a new way to stay connected, discover what's happening on their doorstep, and build stronger connections with their neighbours, as Neya launches a free community app in partnership with Clarion.
Neya uses smart technology that has been designed to help residents stay connected with others - where you can keep up to date with local events, explore shared interests, join groups and conversations, and access help and support relevant to them.
What can you do on Neya?
- Find your people: Discover local groups based on your interests, whether that’s running, gardening, parenting or something completely different. You can also start your own group and connect with like-minded people living nearby.
- Meet your neighbours: Join neighbourhood groups to get to know the people nearby and build new friendships and connections.
- Never miss what’s on: Discover local events, community meetups and free activities happening close by. You can also post your own event and help more local people find it.
- Stay safe: Your personal information stays private, and all conversations are moderated to help keep the community respectful and welcoming. You can find out more in Neya's Privacy Policy.
Nirinder Singh, Lead of the Connected Neighbours Project at Clarion, said: "We're really pleased to bring Neya to our residents in Wantage. It's a simple way to find out what's happening locally, meet people who share your interests and get to know your neighbours.
“We hope it helps residents build new connections, support one another and feel even more part of their community."
