Your electrical safety check

Important information about what to expect

Electrical safety checks

We carry out an electrical safety check in your home every five years. The inspection is completed by our contractor Wiggett’s, and helps prevent electrical fires and shocks by identifying worn wiring, damaged sockets and hidden faults.

Electrical safety checks are an essential requirement under your tenancy agreement and form part of our commitment to keeping your home safe.
