Community Centres

Clarion Futures support more than 70 community centres across the country. Our centres are hubs with different activities to offer including:

  • Keeping fit - with activities including Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Dance and slimming classes
  • Learning and growth - getting residents online, pre-school nurseries, employment and training courses, homework clubs and we also have the opportunity for businesses to hire the venue out for training courses
  • Socialising – youth clubs, coffee mornings, cooking and food activities are also held on a regular basis,  hobby groups, events, private hire for parties
  • Support – advice and guidance with money worries, help with finding work, coping with life’s difficulties or loneliness
  • Environmental – gardening clubs, clean up days, sustainability initiatives

Many of the activities held at the community centres are delivered by volunteers, partners or budding entrepreneurs. If you do not find something that interests you at the centre near you, or you have a activity idea, then Clarion Futures can help get these ideas off the ground. For example we offer a range of funding grants and can sometimes offer space or help in other ways.
