Check repair request status

You can check the status of your repair quickly and easily using your online account. You’ll see any repairs you have raised, the status of the repair and any appointments that are coming up. This includes repairs you’ve raised online or over the phone.

You can also use your online account to raise new repairs, cancel or change the time and date of repair appointments.

To log in to your online account, simply the click the ‘Log into my account’ button below.

Don’t worry if you don’t have an online account yet. Click the ‘Log into my account’ button below, and then ‘Register’ at the bottom of the log in page.

Once you’re logged in, click the ‘Repairs’ tab at the top of the page to manage your repairs.


What does my repairs status mean?

We have several status’ that might appear against the repair you raised. The status will tell you about the progress we’ve made so far, and if we need to come back for further appointments. The list below shows what each status is and what it means for your repair:

Awaiting Booking

This status means your issue has been reported to the repairs system, but there’s no appointment in place yet.

Please use the ‘Book an appointment’ button to book a suitable time or date. You could also cancel the appointment if it’s no longer needed.


You repair appointment is booked and you have a time and date for your repair visit.

In Progress

This status shows the repairs team member is travelling to or is at your property to carry out the repair appointment.


You'll see this status if the repairs team member has visited you. They may need to book a follow-on appointment to complete your repair.

Once the follow-up appointment is booked, the status will change to ‘scheduled’ with a new date and time. If you don't need a follow-on appointment, this status will change to "Completed" shortly after your appointment.


Once your repair is complete, the repairs team member will mark the repair as complete.


If your repair is no longer needed and has been cancelled, you’ll see the status as ‘cancelled’
