Kwest Business Research is carrying out telephone interviews and online surveys with residents as part of the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures for the Regulator of Social Housing.
Kwest will undertake around 400 interviews a month from July 2023 until the end of March 2024.
Each interview takes less than 10 minutes.
The findings of the survey will be used by Clarion to understand residents’ satisfaction with us and their neighbourhood and will also be submitted to the Regulator of Social Housing.
The Regulator will publish the results alongside those from other social housing providers.
