We know that sometimes switching to a new way of doing things online can be daunting. However, if you need support with booking and managing a repair online, our team of digital support experts are on hand with a new specially designed module to get you feeling comfortable and confident in using a Clarion Online Account and requesting repairs quickly and easily.

The new MyClarion Online Account workshop is completely free for our residents to access. Friendly and welcoming, the in-person session (a shorter one-hour virtual version of the workshop is also available via Zoom) lasts for two and a half hours, allowing for plenty of practical support in registering and setting up your account, plus booking a repair if necessary. You will be guided step-by-step through the process with a demonstration of the online account and the book and manage a repairs function, further supported by helpful discussions and videos.
