The way you log into your account is changing

From 6 May 2026, we are introducing a new log in system on our website for accessing your online account.

Please note that your online account will be unavailable for a short period on the morning of 6 May, between 8am and 10am, while we make this change.

What is changing?

We’re updating the way you log in, register, and manage your password and email for your online account.

This change will make the log in process more secure, reliable, and easier to use across all your devices.

What do I need to do?

When the new system goes live, you’ll be able to log in using your existing email address and password.

How will these changes affect me?

You may notice a small change when logging in. You’ll now be directed to our new secure log in page at login.myclarionhousing.com to enter your details. After logging in, you’ll return to your online account as usual.

You may also notice a change to the look of the login page; it will no longer be displayed in a pop-up window and now on a separate web page.

Your account information and preferences will remain the same.

You will continue to access your online account in the via the myclarionhousing.com website.

What is my username?

Your username will continue to be the email address you use for your account. There are no changes to your current login details.

What happens next?

You don’t need to do anything until the new system goes live.

We’ll provide reminders closer to the time, and if you need to update any personal contact details, you can do so now in your existing account.
