What has changed?

We’ve updated the way you log in, register, and manage your password and email for your online account.

This change makes the log in process more secure, reliable, and easier to use across all your devices.

What do I need to do?

You can still log in using your existing email address and password.

How do these changes affect me?

You may notice a small change when logging in. You’ll be directed to our new secure log in page at login.myclarionhousing.com to enter your details. After logging in, you’ll return to your online account as usual.

You may also notice a change to the look of the login page; it will no longer be displayed in a pop-up window and it will now be displayed on a separate web page.

Your account information and preferences will remain the same.

What is my username?

Your username continues to be the email address you use for your account. There are no changes to your current login details.
