Benefits of an online account
By registering for a Clarion online account, you’ll be able to use all our online services to manage your home on the move, 24/7, 365 days a year.

- Request repairs and contact us quickly and easily.
Please note that only a primary tenant can register a household’s online account.
How to register
Registering your Clarion online account is quick and easy to do.
1. Enter your first name, last name, and customer ID
Enter your first name, last name, and customer ID as on your Clarion record. You’ll find these on your contract, or any letter or email from us. Take care not to include any extra spaces before or after your names.
Complete Captcha and accept privacy notice.
2. Confirm your email address
Enter the email address you want to use. We’ll then email you a verification code to confirm your address. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email. The registration verification code expires after 10 minutes, but you can get a new one if necessary.
3. Set up your password
Select your communication preferences and then enter the account password you want to use. Once you’ve done that, you’re ready to use your online account.
How to unlock your account
If you enter your password incorrectly 5 times, our system automatically locks your account for your security. This is a temporary lock, you can wait for the lock to expire or you can reset your password to unlock and access the account.
Follow the steps below to unlock your account:
Step 1
Wait for your temporary account lock to expire and try again
Step 2
If you continue to have issues accessing your account please reset your password. Select “Forgotten your password?” and follow the steps to reset your password.
Step 3
After you have waited for the lock to expire or you have reset your password, enter your correct password and login to the online account.
