Have your say, influence our services and make a difference.
To get involved and make a difference, you don’t need any previous experience – you just need to be enthusiastic and to care about improving the services that affect you and people like you.
There are lots of ways to have your say, with local opportunities including focus groups, community inspections and resident associations.
You can also join regional scrutiny committees to help us improve our services, or national networks such as Clarion Ability Network (for people with disabilities), Out and About (our LGBTQ+ network) or Clarion 55 (for people over 55).
And you can get involved online too – by sharing your views, taking part in surveys and connecting with other residents through Clarion Voice, our online community.
If you want to get involved, full training will be provided and all reasonable expenses will be paid for your involvement.
You can share your views with your local housing teams, talk to partner organisations and find out how to get involved and improve services at our resident engagement and partnership days.
These events are held across the country and mix family fun with valuable support and advice. Look out for posters and social media advertising events in your area.
Clarion Voice is an online social network that enables you to have your say and connect with other residents. It's your chance to share your feedback on our services, complete online polls, join discussion forums and find out about local resident engagement days.
