Me in Mind: mental health and wellbeing help

Me in Mind is our wellbeing programme offering help, guidance and free access to Togetherall.

Togetherall is an online community where you can get support with common wellbeing difficulties like low mood and stress. It's completely anonymous and available 24 hours a day.

On Togetherall you’ll find:

  • online courses and articles to help with difficulties like confidence, sleep and low mood
  • a moderated forum where you can connect with people experiencing similar challenges
  • self-assessment, journal and mood-tracking tools.

The website is monitored by trained staff who provide support and ensure the safety of the community.

How we can help

If you’re a Clarion resident aged 16 or over, you can get free access to Togetherall for six months by registering with our Me in Mind programme.

You can also get free help 24/7 by phoning Samaritans on 116 123.

Feeling lonely? Try our befriending service

If you’re feeling lonely, socially isolated, or miss the joy of regular conversation, you could benefit from our free Lend an Ear service.

It simply involves us matching you with a friendly, fully trained volunteer for a regular phone or video chat.

Our Lend an Ear service is available to all Clarion residents.
