Share your experiences of damp and mould with the Housing Ombudsman

Finding lasting solutions to damp and mould can be difficult and complex. The Housing Ombudsman has, therefore, put out a call to capture your experiences (the good and the bad) for dealing with this tricky problem.

The call for evidence gives you an opportunity to share your experience of what causes damp and mould, and to offer your best remedies.

This will help the Housing Ombudsman to identify the root causes, make recommendations and develop best practice on how residents can be best supported.

Share your experiences on the Housing Ombudsman website before Friday 4 June.
