Helping you boost your wellbeing this winter

Clarion Housing

The combination of shorter days, longer nights, and chillier weather, can make the winter months a challenging time of year. If you’re struggling, we may be able to help.

We offer two wellbeing services that are both free for residents and accessible from the comfort of your own home, so you don’t need to travel anywhere to get help.

How we can help

Me in Mind is an online service that can help with common wellbeing difficulties, like stress and low mood. The service offers anonymous access to a supportive community, wellbeing courses, self-assessments, mood journaling and more, all of which are accessible online using your smartphone or computer.

Lend an Ear is our telephone befriending service to help reduce feelings of loneliness and social isolation. It is available for any resident who would like a regular, friendly chat on the phone or through a video call.

Find out more about these services and how to register by visiting our mental health and wellbeing page.

If you need urgent support, please phone the emergency services on 999. You can also get free help 24/7 by calling Samaritans on 116 123.
