We are more than just a landlord and extending beyond our core services, we are there to help if you are struggling. Whether it’s managing your finances or helping to keep your tenancy running smoothly, the key is to talk to us, as we may be able to offer the right guidance to find a solution.
Our Clarion Futures Money Guidance Team can assist you with things like understanding your bills and budgeting, checking benefit entitlements, getting better deals on utilities, and accessing free debt advice. If you are having difficulty managing your tenancy or are perhaps feeling overwhelmed, our Tenancy Sustainment team is on hand to help you get back on track. Protect yourself from scams
Sadly, we have seen a rise in residents reporting scams by people pretending to be from Clarion or another organisation. For example, there have been recent instances where personal details have been requested over the phone or via WhatsApp.
Please remember, you must never reveal your personal details over the phone. We won’t ever contact you to ask you to verify your PIN, send cash or invite you to make a bank transfer. The safest way to pay us with a bank card is through our website but if you need to make a payment over the phone, our staff will ask you to key in your details.
