A recent action day in Croydon shows how working together and focusing on a particular area can make a real difference.
Neighbourhood response and resident involvement teams joined Clarion Response repair operatives to knock on doors, and discuss any concerns with residents. They also dealt with ongoing issues at the blocks and carried out a number of repairs on site, on the day.
This was a collaborative team effort to ensure that not only were repairs carried out, but that improvements could also be made. For example, residents told us about additional works needed, such as making gas meters easier to access.
Thank you to all the teams for the joined up approach, and the residents who took part.
