Share your views on ways to improve the quality of social housing

Clarion

Residents living in social housing are invited to take part in a new survey launched by the Better Social Housing Review.

The survey asks you to share your experiences and insights on the quality of social housing and ways to improve the service provided by all landlords.

The Better Social Housing Review was formed in June 2022 by the National Housing Federation and Chartered Institute of Housing, and is made up of an independent panel.

This review is not about addressing the issues faced by individuals, it is focused on gathering the experiences and thoughts of as many people and organisations with a stake in social housing as possible.

Your responses, which will be kept completely anonymous, will inform the government on future recommendations for social housing, encourage improvements to measures already being delivered, and ensure these are reflected in the experience of every social housing resident.

Complete the survey

The survey closes on Monday 31 October and should take around five minutes to complete.
