Enventure Research is carrying out telephone interviews with residents as part of our annual customer insight survey, called the Clarion Index.
Enventure will be undertaking around 2,000 interviews from the end of May through to July 2024.
Each interview takes around 15 minutes and all the information Enventure return to us is anonymous, meaning no one can be identified.
The findings of the survey will be used to help us ensure that we are providing services that properly meet your needs.
