Spotlight on Clarion Commitments: Supporting you to manage your tenancy.
Here at Clarion, residents are at the heart of everything we do. We introduced our Clarion Commitments to make you aware of the services we offer and the standard you can expect.
Each month, we publish our results to demonstrate our commitment to being open and transparent in our service delivery.

The Sustainment and Welfare Benefit Advisory service helps around 1,500 residents each month to access support to manage their tenancy.
Much of the support results in additional income gained for the tenant.
This can include help with fuel, food and furniture and claiming additional benefits such as Disability Living Allowance, Council Tax credit, Personal Independent Payments (PIP), Tax credits etc.
Between April and December 2024 this resulted in over £4m of additional income for these residents to help with living costs and rent arrears.
Here's what some of our residents have to say:
"Thank you for helping me through this difficult time in my life. I know that I haven't been the easiest person at times, but I think I have a shot at being happy here in the flat."
"Thank you for helping me with the vouchers and getting a washing machine. I'm so grateful for what you've done. My mental health has improved so much."
"Thank you for the support in being able to make my situation better and I've been able to keep my home."
"Working together, we were able to put things into place for my mum and me to deal with life's ups and downs. We now have a much more improved life."
